Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powder White Pearl Mixer

Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Powders are dry mica powders which you can use to create shimmering pearlescent effects on porous surfaces such as paper and card. Powders can be applied either by puffing straight from the bottle mixing with a little water and brushing on or puffing from the bottle and using a wet brush to manipulate the powder on your project. There are a range of fantastic colours available.
