Cosmic Shimmer Multi-Tex Texture Powder

This powder can me mixed with water to create a paste which is ideal for creating texture and detail on your altered art projects. Use with stencils and masks and apply with a knife or spreader to press the paste through the stencil design. Mix with Cosmic Shimmer Intense Pigment Stains to create a coloured paste for your projects.
